Terms and Conditions

All orders are dispatched Free of Charge and if received before 1pm Monday-Friday will be
processed and dispatched the same day (excluding Bank Holidays) excluding shoes and
boots.

Hosiery will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class or Courier depending on quantity and
weight.

Shoes and Boots are specially ordered from Pleaser in the USA and will take approx. 7-10
working days, if your order is in stock it will be dispatched same day via Royal Mail or 24 hour
Courier. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email or text with a tracking
number and delivery instructions.
